George Torres Jr.
George Torres Jr. sees himself as a visitor to this earth. A self-proclaimed observer, he uses his art to narrate the world around him. He traverses the borough of New York on a motorized scooter, always with pen and notebook in hand. Torres grew up in the Baruch Houses and is grateful to be able to give back to his community through public art.
