Derick Cross

Derick Cross, aka DCross, is a multi-dimensional visual, vocal, and performance artist and arts educator. He has performed nationally and internationally in venues including Madison Square Garden and Lincoln Center. He served as a cultural hip-hop ambassador for The US State Department’s Next Level Program, and has been featured on MTV, The Electric Company, Nickelodeon, TV Land, and BET’s 106’s & Park. Cross’s visual arts projects have been exhibited nationally and internationally and are in the collections of numerous cultural figures. Cross is the Art Director of African Voices Communications and a Board Member of the National Conference of Artists, a historic African American Arts organization.
