Willy Pilku
As CEO of Core Scaffold, I’m responsible for our firm’s long-term growth strategy and business development, from asset procurement, to negotiating large-scale contracts, to overseeing its investments in cutting-edge safety equipment. Day-to-day, I advise and coordinate with my project executives, working to improve our safety practices and keep our crew and the public safe. My personal philosophy is to approach every detail and every person like they’re important – because they are. Everyone’s contribution is integral to our success, and I’m thankful to have such a fantastic team working for me. My passion for construction began with my Dad. As a kid, he took me along to visit his job sites on weekends, and I’ve been working in this industry ever since. I’ve always loved the engineering aspect of construction; watching a piece of land turn into a beautiful building keeps me going. Working in scaffolding allows me to play an integral part in building up the towering structures that make up our city. Approaching two decades of experience in the scaffold industry, since 2007 I have played an integral role in Helping Builders Build.
