Misha Tyutyunik Is a Ukrainian-born, Brooklyn based, painter, muralist, street artist, illustrator, and virtual reality artist. He creates murals around the world and is regularly commissioned to paint and illustrate for popular brands, publications, and collectors. He recently completed a Fulbright Grant in Ukraine, and was one of five artists chosen to paint a sanitation vehicle for the NYC Department of Sanitation. His artistic practice is informed by urbanism and contemporary popular culture, and influenced by ‘Golden Age’ graffiti, Japanese prints, Abstract Expressionism, Mexican and WPA Muralism, German Expressionism, and Social Realism. Tyutyunik is a graduate of Pratt Institute.
