Today’s morning moment comes to us from Chelsea, where a NYCHA complex got a makeover from local artists. Their new mural depicts residents and workers from the Fulton Houses and Elliott-Chelsea Houses. The project is part of an ongoing partnership between ArtBridge and the city housing authority to bring art to public housing; the artist wanted to show everyday people. When the snow clears, the mural can be seen at the Fulton Houses and Elliott-Chelsea Houses on West 17th & West 26th.
