The scaffolding around tonight at a housing complex in Chelsea got to makeover this week as artists collaborated to put up a new mural. The artwork depicts residents and workers from the Fulton Houses and Elliott-Chelsea Houses. The project is part of an ongoing partnership between ArtBridge and NYCHA aimed at bringing art to public housing. The mural can be seen at the Fulton and Elliott-Chelsea Houses on West 17th & West 26th.
