Stephanie Vanegas joined SMBC in 2022 as Vice President, covering airlines, aircraft lessors and railcar lessors in the Americas.
Leveraging her knowledge of the aviation and railcar sectors, industry relationships, underwriting and structuring skills, Stephanie contributes to developing the SMBC transportation platform as well as fostering new client relationships.
Stephanie joined from Credit Agricole CIB based in Hong Kong and NY where she held multiple capacities across the Asia Pacific and Americas regions.
Stephanie received her MBA from HEC Paris and is a FAA licensed pilot.
Stephanie is an avid consumer of gallery and museum shows, and is a collector and advocate for the Arts.
