ArtBridge is proud to be hosting its first annual Spring Art Auction on Friday, May 4th from 6pm-9pm in The Highline Loft.
We are looking for twenty volunteers for this upcoming event. This would be a great opportunity for volunteers to meet with ArtBridge artists and to broaden their professional horizons as artists or as event coordinators.
We are looking for:
• On May 2nd three volunteers for art handling and installation from 6pm to 9pm (Previous experience in art handling and installation will be an added advantage)
• On May 3rd three volunteers for art hanging from noon to 4pm (Previous experience in art hanging will be an added advantage)
• On May 4th we need volunteers for the following categories;
• Two volunteers for the entrance table
• Two volunteers for the auction table
• Three volunteers for food serving
• Three volunteers for packing
• Two volunteer bartenders
• Photographers
All positions are unpaid. All volunteers are needed to be present by 5pm till 9:30pm on the 4th of May.
